Summarecon Bekasi located 21 km east of Jakarta, this is Summarecon's third township which started development in March 2010. This township leverages on the planned the development of the municipality of Bekasi and Bekasi city into a satellite city for commerce and industry. Since its inception, Summarecon has already developed seven residential clusters with 1.700 houses and 4 clusters of shoplots with 330 units. Since April 2014, Company have released 5 towers out of a total of 12 towers from the SpringLake Apartments project. An estimated 7,300 units of various sizes are being built to meet buyers' demand.
Key infrastructure and facilities to making it into a successful Summarecon Bekasi include the 750-meters long KH Noer Ali flyover which links north and south Bekasi City through Summarecon Bekasi, Summarecon Mal Bekasi, and established schools like Al-Azhar Islamic School and BPK Penabur. Bina Nusantara University, an eminent education institution, will soon be expanding its educational facilities on a 3.6 hectare campus in Summarecon Bekasi.
