Program ini diinisiasi oleh pemerintah atau lembaga terkait dengan tujuan mengatasi masalah kekurangan perumahan di kalangan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Sehingga dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan MBR pun bisa memiliki rumah yang layak huni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ciri_Rumah_MBR\"><\/span><b>Ciri Rumah MBR<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ciri-ciri rumah MBR melibatkan beberapa aspek, antara lain:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Harga_Terjangkau\"><\/span><b>Harga Terjangkau<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rumah MBR biasanya memiliki harga jual atau sewa yang terjangkau, agar dapat diakses oleh masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang mungkin sulit memenuhi kebutuhan perumahan di pasar konvensional.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Subsidi_atau_Bantuan\"><\/span><b>Subsidi atau Bantuan<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Program ini seringkali melibatkan subsidi atau bantuan dari pemerintah atau lembaga terkait. Meskipun sederhana, rumah-rumah ini tetap dirancang agar layak huni dan memenuhi kebutuhan dasar penghuninya.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lokasi_yang_Strategis\"><\/span><b>Lokasi yang Strategis<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Program perumahan MBR sering ditempatkan di lokasi yang strategis, dekat dengan fasilitas umum seperti sekolah, pusat kesehatan, dan transportasi umum.
