PPJB (Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli – Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement)
A preliminary agreement between the seller and buyer entered into prior to the execution of the Deed of Sale and Purchase (Akta Jual Beli / AJB). The PPJB sets out the commitments and conditions of the transaction, but does not yet transfer ownership rights over the property. Legal ownership is only transferred once the AJB is signed and the certificate is issued or re-registered in the buyer's name in accordance with applicable regulations.
